The story behind RV Auto Mate
RV Auto Mate started the way most good things do — out of necessity. We're a small family caravan repair business in South East Queensland. As our workshop grew, we looked for software to manage our jobsheets, customers, reminders, and parts. Everything we found was either over-engineered for enterprise clients or priced like it was. So we built our own.
A friend who runs a caravan repair business saw it and asked if they could use it too. Then another friend running a small mechanical workshop with four staff wanted in. Word spread from one small business to another — and it kept growing, naturally.
That's when we decided to build it properly. Not as a side project, but as a genuine, cost-effective platform created for businesses like ours — sole traders, small workshops, and mobile repair operators who need solid tools without the enterprise price tag or per-user licensing tricks.
